How does the Kinetic 3D Hourglass work ?
Our hourglasses use a blend of ultra-fine sand and liquid to create ephemeral landscapes with every turn. Thanks to gravity and the fluidity of motion, each flow is unique and fascinating to watch.
What are the delivery times ?
We ship your order within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery takes between 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
What should I do if my hourglass arrives broken ?
We carefully package our products, but if damage occurs, contact our customer service with a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I return my product if I'm not satisfied ?
Yes ! You have 7 days after receiving your item to return your hourglass if you're not satisfied. It must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Contact our customer service to initiate the return.
